This policy explains how ApplauseLab handles personal data when you visit applauselab.ai, contact us, or book a workflow call. It does not cover customer projects, which are governed by their own agreements and data-processing terms.

Data we collect

We may collect:

  • Information you send us, including your name, email address, company, message, and booking details.
  • Basic technical records created when the site is served, such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referrer, and security logs.
  • Calendar data you provide to the external booking provider after choosing to open or use its calendar.

We do not offer website accounts or run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use data

We use personal data to:

  • Respond to messages and arrange workflow calls.
  • Take steps toward, perform, and manage a business relationship.
  • Operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
  • Meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

For people in the European Economic Area, our legal bases are steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running and protecting the business, consent where requested, and compliance with legal obligations.

Service providers and transfers

We share data only when needed with providers that host or protect the website, deliver email, or manage bookings. Bookings are handled through an embedded Cal.com calendar on our contact page, and the call itself takes place over Google Meet. Data you submit when booking is also governed by the privacy policies of Cal.com and Google.

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers.

Retention and security

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose described above, to maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal data, and to request a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the site or our legal obligations change. The date above shows the latest revision.
