Your health data should not be scattered across apps, PDFs, wearables, and notes.

xHeal V2 brings health records, lab results, Apple Health data, workouts, nutrition, mindfulness, and daily health metrics into one secure app. It helps people organize their information, understand wellness patterns, and build healthier habits with AI-powered insights grounded in the information they choose to add.

V2 is more than a visual update. It is the clearest expression yet of what we are building at ApplauseLab: a connected product powered by our reusable Infrastructure Layer and Intelligence Layer.

xHeal is the flagship venture and primary product of our venture studio. It is where those layers are being tested, refined, and proven in a real product people can download and use today.

One Connected Health and Wellness Experience

Most health and wellness products begin with one narrow slice of a person’s life.

A fitness app sees workouts. A calorie tracker sees meals. A meditation app sees completed sessions. A wearable sees activity, sleep, and heart data. A patient portal sees records from one provider. Lab results often arrive as PDFs, while symptoms, appointments, medication changes, and recovery are left to memory.

xHeal V2 connects those pieces into one experience.

People can use xHeal to:

  • Connect Apple Health, MyChart, and wearable metrics
  • Organize medical records and lab results
  • Build a personal health timeline
  • Track symptoms, medications, appointments, and recovery
  • Log workouts and monitor progress
  • Track meals, calories, nutrients, and hydration
  • Practice mindfulness and support mental wellbeing
  • Generate organized health reports
  • Ask questions about the health and wellness data they choose to add

The point is not to create another isolated tracker. It is to make the information already being collected more useful when viewed together.

Workout, Nutrition, and Mindfulness Inside xHeal

V2 introduces three dedicated applications inside xHeal: Workout, Nutrition, and Mindfulness.

They are currently available in beta while we continue improving the experience. Even at this stage, they change the shape of the product. xHeal can now help people act on their wellness picture without sending them to separate apps that know nothing about one another.

Workout

The Workout application brings activity planning, session tracking, and progress into the same environment as recovery, sleep, stress, and daily metrics.

Users can explore exercises, start and log sessions, track sets and activity, review workout history, and monitor progress. Recommendations can take recorded readiness and recovery context into account instead of treating every day as identical.

Nutrition

The Nutrition application supports meal, calorie, nutrient, macro, and hydration tracking. It provides a place to review daily progress, log food, work with nutrition plans, and keep dietary information alongside the rest of a person’s wellness data.

That shared context matters. Nutrition should not exist in isolation from activity, sleep, recovery, routines, and the goals someone is already working toward.

Mindfulness

The Mindfulness application brings breathing exercises, mood and stress check-ins, ambient audio, and completed sessions into the daily xHeal experience.

Mindfulness is not presented as a separate streak to maintain. It becomes another part of the person’s wider routine, connected with sleep, recovery, stress, and the other information they choose to track.

Today’s Snapshot: Body, Mind, and Food

Today’s Snapshot is where the three applications meet.

It provides a daily overview across:

  • Body, with workout and physical-readiness context
  • Mind, with mindfulness and mental-wellbeing context
  • Food, with nutrition progress and daily guidance

This is an important shift from tracking to coordination.

When workout, nutrition, and mindfulness live in separate products, each application makes suggestions from an incomplete picture. Inside xHeal, they can be informed by the same user-authorized data and contribute to the same routine.

The result is one place to understand the day, decide where to focus, and follow through.

Built on the ApplauseLab Infrastructure Layer

Connecting health and wellness information is not primarily a screen-design problem. It is an infrastructure problem.

Records, labs, files, Apple Health samples, wearable metrics, daily logs, workouts, nutrition, and mindfulness sessions all arrive in different formats and at different times. They need to be authenticated, normalized, organized, stored, processed, and delivered reliably before any useful insight can exist.

The ApplauseLab Infrastructure Layer is the reusable product foundation beneath xHeal V2.

In xHeal, it supports:

  • Authenticated, user-controlled data connections
  • Health-record, lab, file, Apple Health, and wearable ingestion
  • Normalization of different data sources into a consistent timeline
  • Durable background workflows for processing and synchronization
  • Document processing and organized report generation
  • Notifications, subscriptions, usage controls, and mobile delivery
  • Product services that can continue working as the number of users, sources, and features grows

This layer is not a collection of one-off integrations built only for a single release. It is infrastructure we can strengthen and reuse as ApplauseLab launches and supports more ambitious AI-native ventures.

xHeal is its most complete deployment today.

Powered by the ApplauseLab Intelligence Layer

Infrastructure can bring the information together. It cannot decide what deserves attention.

That is the role of the ApplauseLab Intelligence Layer.

Inside xHeal, the Intelligence Layer combines deterministic wellness calculations with structured AI systems. We deliberately use both. Not every recommendation should come from a language model, and not every meaningful pattern can be reduced to one static rule.

Deterministic systems handle areas where consistency and transparent calculation matter, including readiness signals, workout logic, nutrition targets, and routine calculations. Structured AI helps summarize information, answer questions, format reports, and connect context across the user’s authorized data.

Together, the layer powers experiences such as:

  • AI-assisted questions about personal health and wellness data
  • Daily Body, Mind, and Food summaries
  • Personalized routines and data-informed suggestions
  • Health-awareness trends across multiple domains
  • Organized reports for reviewing progress or sharing relevant context
  • Connections between records, habits, symptoms, activity, sleep, nutrition, and daily metrics

xHeal can work across more than 250 health and wellness parameters spanning six domains. The value does not come from the size of that number alone. It comes from giving those signals shared context.

The Intelligence Layer is what turns a collection of records and measurements into an experience that can explain what changed and help a person decide where to focus next.

The Flagship Product of Our Venture Studio

xHeal is the primary product of the ApplauseLab venture studio and the strongest proof of our model so far.

Our approach is to identify fragmented, high-stakes problems and bring together the capabilities required to turn them into complete products: product strategy, mobile engineering, AI systems, data integrations, cloud infrastructure, workflow orchestration, and user experience.

The Infrastructure and Intelligence Layers allow that work to compound.

Every difficult data connection made reliable in xHeal strengthens the platform. Every workflow made durable becomes a pattern we can reuse. Every lesson about grounding AI in user-authorized context informs the next product. Every production constraint makes the shared foundation more capable.

This is the difference between treating venture building as a sequence of disconnected projects and treating it as a platform.

xHeal is a product for users first. It is also the environment where ApplauseLab proves that its venture infrastructure can support a complex, data-rich, AI-native application from concept to production.

Start With the Free Tier

xHeal is free to download, with optional in-app purchases.

The free tier gives people a way to begin building their wellness picture, connect information, create routines, and explore the core experience before deciding whether to upgrade. Paid access expands usage across the product for people who need more.

Starting free is important to the product philosophy. A connected view of personal wellness should be useful before someone commits to another subscription.

Download xHeal from the App Store and begin bringing your records, labs, Apple Health data, workouts, nutrition, mindfulness, and daily metrics into one place.

What Comes Next

Workout, Nutrition, and Mindfulness are the beginning of a more coordinated daily experience inside xHeal.

The next phase is focused on refining these beta applications, deepening cross-domain personalization, expanding integrations, and making the connection between a person’s data and daily actions clearer.

The direction remains consistent: fewer disconnected tools, better context, and one companion that can grow more useful as the person chooses to add more of their story.

xHeal is designed for lifestyle and wellness support. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
