Atelier supports ServiceNow delivery work developed with Mainstack, operations across ApplauseLab ventures, and our own client delivery. ServiceNow Architect is the first AgentPack developed with a delivery partner.
An AgentPack packages one workflow: prompts, tools, templates, standards, and business context. It is not a generic assistant with a new name. It is a workflow encoded so it can run again, with human review and a traceable record.

Where it stands, honestly.
Atelier is early. We operate its managed deployments ourselves. There is no self-serve signup and no deploy-it-yourself path yet. When an engagement runs on Atelier, we are accountable for it end to end.
If your ownership model requires an existing AI stack or your cloud, we scope delivery around that constraint rather than forcing an Atelier adoption decision.
